Are we sharing your information with anyone else?

All records of your information provided to us are safeguarded online and physically to ensure there is no data or privacy breach. However, we can use your information when we are legally obliged to by the law, or other authorities in the UAE or in Philippines.

We may use your information but not share personal data for statistics if we share information with third-party services. Google and other search engine analytics, as well as SEO plugins might be collecting information about you on our website.

We will not share your personal information unless you specifically request us to, with permission.

We may share your information if an illegal risk imposes the school, and we are legally obliged to share your data and information to the authorities. 

How we keep and process your information

FEPS stays committed to protecting your personal information, as it is sensitive and it is your legal right to hold your information from anyone, hence it is our duty to take the necessary steps to keep your data safe with us.

The information we collect on you online are partly stored on servers in UAE and US. Some additional data about student records and other educational resources about our school students and staff may be stored on servers in Philippines. At FEPS, we only authorize few individuals to have access to your information, such as employees from the school and contractors. We also make sure to always train our school-staff to appropriately handle your personal information. We have strict school laws in place if there will be a data breach, and enforced action applies if our employees do not comply. This is in accordance with our school’s Code of Conduct Policy.

Security

Providing personal information online is not 100% guaranteed to be safe, however, we do our best to ensure we are taking the required security measures to keep your data online safe. Our website is SSL secured; we use WordPress security for the administrator part. For all the frontend forms, we use Google re-captcha to prevent fraud. All data on our Enquiry or Admissions forms are securely sent directly to the admin email.

We hold security measures at the school to protect and secure your personal information from unauthorized access. Our staff is trained to ensure your information does not get leaked, nor do we provide any data to unapproved third parties. We do not share your information with any other organizations without your consent. In the event that a problem arises and authorities within the host country are involved, we serve the right to send information without your consent. Far Eastern Private School. holds the right to disseminate and share information when it imposes a risk to the institution.

Our Website uses cookies. These cookies are used to track user sessions for admin login (users login/logout). So, the cookies do nothing for the user end.
